Next, we bring your ideas to life through a collaborative design process. We co-develop the design (we do the work, but you remain at the centre). We work through layouts first, then preliminary designs and facades, refining the project step by step.

As the design develops, we build a detailed 3D model. This helps resolve technical challenges early, and creates a shared understanding of how the home will come together. The same model continues to evolve through the construction stage, ensuring continuity and clarity.

At this point you’re free to take the design with you without any copyright restrictions. You can trust us to support your vision, not to lock you in. 

We finalise your set of plans and deal with external consultants to apply for planning or building permits. We create a 3D model and handle all approvals and permits. This step also includes material selections and cost clarity, so you know exactly what to expect before construction begins. 

During this process, we continue making good progress on the 3D model so all details are known, quantities become accurate, and cost estimates become far more certain.

Once everything looks perfect, we prepare a detailed building contract. Nothing is locked in until you sign, because trust matters more than pressure. After you sign, the work begins. 

This is when everything comes to life. Thanks to the collaborative design process and clear planning, we can guarantee construction runs smoothly. We manage every detail, including materials, scheduling and quality control, all while keeping you informed with regular updates and site meetings. 

The next step is like “a walk in the park” as we take you through the fully documented virtual model of your project (the 3D CAD model, which we will give you access to and encourage you to further explore and play. Together, we establish a solid and common understanding and agreement of what we are building with no tension and no (or very few) surprises.
